Some Aveda products can be reserved Online for pickup in select stores. You will see an option to “Reserve Now” on the pages for these products. You can reserve up to 5 items at a time, at either the same or different stores. Each item must be reserved separately.
We will hold your reserved product until the end of the next business day.
When you visit the store where your reservation is being held, please provide your order number at counter. If you wish to purchase your reserved item, you can pay for it prior to leaving the store. Please note that reserved items will be subject to in-store pricing and promotions, and will not be eligible for Online-exclusive offers. Aveda Lover members will receive points for purchasing reserved items.
