Before showering or bathing, run brush over dry skin in long, upward strokes from feet to heart.
Apply Body Wash to wet skin and work into a creamy lather. Rinse thoroughly. After showering or bathing, apply a few drops of Composition Oil™ to damp skin. Massage into skin to help seal in moisture and deliver radiance.
For additional relaxation, add to running bath water or use as part of a scalp massage before shampooing or as an aromatherapy body oil.
